Sofia, Bulgaria’s capital and financial hub is currently experiencing a huge influx of international investment in its commercial/office real estate sector as it is expected to join the EU in 2007. Its first western style shopping mall situated right in the middle of Sofia city centre will be opened in 2 days time (March 12) and another mall will lauched in a few weeks time.
