Personally, I always believe that 'Cash is King', but in times on investment you would be soooooo surprised how so called investors just buy for the sake of buying.....because everyone else is type of mentality :( The other day I had a client phone up wanting to know when he's ski chalet will be complete........when he had in fact bought a coastal property !!!
