It is fascinating to see how certain Latin American countries are exploding in real estate sales! I am currently in the market to buy some property, but as I have a yacht and live in Miami, I wanted a home in a gated community, with a luxury hotel and a high-end marina on the Atlantic Coast. Imagine my frustrations! But, I am currently looking at IslaMoin , a project I found through an Associated Press article. It looks amazing and is fast and easy to get to (unlike Los Suenos ect..)
