The Villas

Nurai offers three limited edition luxury residential dwellings – Shoreline Villas, Seaside Villas (both of which are situated on the Beachfront Estate) and Water Villas (which are over-water residences). All villas were designed by New York based Studio Dror ^[3]. They are all characterized by abundant loft like open spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and free flowing light in every room. Paris-based AW2 ^[4] are responsible for the interior design of the residences.

Shoreline Villas

Shoreline Villas are huge 6 bed / 7 bath villas set on 35,000 – 65,000 SQ. FT (or 3,252 – 6,039 SQ. M) land plots with the built-up area of each villa spanning 17,707 SQ. FT (or 1,645 SQ. M). With the shoreline villas’ located slightly aback the beach, each villa affords a luxurious private tropical garden with a distinctive green carpet roof that blend each villa with the island’s lush greenery. Every shoreline villas also has – a private beach with unobstructed sea views, an infinity pool, a cinema/multimedia room, an outdoor barbeque area as well as a gym, sauna, and steam room. Seaside Villas

The limited-edition Seaside Beachfront Villas are sizeable 5 bed / 6 bath villas set on land plots of between 35,000 – 65,000 SQ. FT (or 3,252 – 6,039 SQ. M) with the built-up area of each villa spanning 18,730 SQ. FT (or 1,745 SQ. M). Externally, they feature a unique green carpet roof that blends with the island’s lush greenery. Internally, they feel spacious with abundant natural lights from their floor to ceiling windows that gives residents a sense of openness.

Seaside Villas are only separated from the beach by an infinity pool and terrace. Each seaside residence includes a private beach with unobstructed sea views, a private infinity pool, a cinema/multimedia room, an outdoor barbeque area as well as a gym, sauna, and steam room.

Water Villas

The limited-edition Water Villas are truly at the cutting edge of contemporary living. They are 28 – 4 bed / 4 bath Water Villas with an internal build area of 10,011 SQ. FT set on 21,000 – 51,000 SQ. FT land plots each. Each Water Villa has a unique 360 degree terrace, floor to ceiling windows and a roof top lounge/garden with infinity pool, multiple decks and a barbeque area suitable for ‘al fresco’ dining or simply lazing in the sun whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the Ocean and Abu Dhabi sky line.
