Dubai Properties secure freehold

Posted by Overseas Property Mall in Dubai Properties, part of the Dubai Government’s Dubai Holding, has confirmed freehold rights for its developments, CEO Hashim Al Dabal told Gulf News. He said that the new property law will reflect postively on the market and encourage investors.
