I find the headline a bit misleading. There shoudn't be a question mark for sure. We do properties in Bratislava (Western Slovakia) near ten years now. This experience gives me the opportunity to see how aggrestive the eastern market seems to be now. Citizens from eastern Slovakia moves more often to foreign Western Europe countries in order to earn money to get on a property ladder.
When they come back, they do not bother to buy a property in their motherland for big bucks from western investor. This is a serious opportunity for savvy investors, however it is also a long term strategy.
By the way, there is a misspelled "Tara Lubovna". It is "Stara Lubovna" actually. Stara means Old in Slovak language.
