The French market behave much better than the English one and there are still a lot of opportunities in the differents region of France. The Eurostar allow passengers to go faster than plane in some areas of France as you do not need to come 2 hours before the departure. Properties around Avignon and Marseille see more interest as it is easy to go by Eurostar, change in Paris and take the TGV down to the south of France. They are also building a new TGV line to Barcelona all the way up to Marseilles.
