There are some great properties for sale at many of the golf courses in Thailand. Some are better investments than others and the suggestions mentioned in this article are quite good.

That would make his next tournament the Accenture Match Play. Too bad because the unique scoring system did offer a change of pace on the tour, and one of the most amazing second place finishes, ever, when Steve Lowery did the following: Missed 10-foot birdie putt on 18th hole at The INTERNATIONAL which would have given him the win by one over Rich Beem.

Nice article…I live in South Africa and the problem we face here is that we just have too many of these GOLD estates and big developments popping up.

Our property prices (for people living here) have actually reached an exorbatent amount and for first time buyers, it’s almost impossible to buy in the central areas.

However as your article states, for overseas investors you can’t go wrong.
