Romania is a hot place to invest with lots of return on investment at the moment - with Bucharest and Brasov and other Southern Cities showing signs of slowing down -the smart money is on Transylvania for foreign investor0s to make serious % returns/ Land prices have doubled in the last year but are still cheap in comparison to most other European locations
