Today global real estate portal Enormo launches a new section of its website, designed and built exclusively for international developers to showcase their new-build projects to buyers from over 200 countries.

Going live with selected launch partners and their listings in the Caribbean islands and Brazil, the section will translate locations, pricing, available units and key features into Enormo’s 16 interface languages, while allowing developers and new-build marketing companies to explain their projects’ lifestyle and investment benefits in unique length and detail.

How Enormo’s new-build section differs is in its visual impact it is more an online brochure with interactive elements than a plain property listing page and in its gearing towards vendors seeking international purchasers. While many portals display off-plan properties in much the same way as their resale listings, Enormo offers unlimited space for marketing text, customizable calls-to-action, a new page layout, and multimedia functionality – up to ten video clips for each build – as well as exposure to the 4.5 million buyers who search for cross-border property every month on Enormo.com and its 65 country domains.

Enormo is launching this section now to respond to increasing demand from developers. ‘As the climate toughens and marketing spends are reassessed, developers are demanding new and innovative ways to reach new buyers’, says CEO Yannick Laclau. ‘There’s no other portal with the reach of Enormo; coupled with the new section’s flexibility and impact this creates the most effective channel through which to reach new buyers, as well as to market to existing target audiences.’

Enormo’s launch partners have been selected for their cross-border requirements. They believe that using a portal tailored to investors from a wide geographical spread is essential to their marketing success.

Damian Scott of Grosvenor Park International, marketer for deluxe Caribbean complexes with high-profile corporate partners such as the Pat Cash Tennis Academy and Trader Vic’s, says Enormo new-builds will ‘help GPI reach buyers in new locations who want a prestige investment; the portal’s adaptable offering and fresh design fits with our forward-thinking marketing strategy.’

A&M Global Services, a family-run company which specialises in matching clients with the property they want in the price range they can afford, will use Enormo to market builds from a range of locations, and to adapt their pages as some units sell and others come to market.

The Scandinavian real estate investment company Gostoso Eiendom AS, which lists the stunning Tropical De Santo Cristo Beach Resort development in the tranquil village of Sao Miguel do Gostoso, Brazil, is looking for premium international online exposure to mesh with its offline promotion. Trond Aavik, CEO, expects “leads from buyers we’ve not targeted before to be driven to our sales network on the ground.”

Clients will pay a competitive monthly price of €245 per development to list builds anywhere in the world. To celebrate the launch, all developers joining Enormo in April will benefit from a 20% discount on the subscription cost.
