Rebrands, adds more features for homebuyers and real estate agents
Enormo.com, the website which lists over 7 million properties for sale and rent in over 50 countries, relaunches today with a completely new look and feel, huge developments in its search technology, new ‘gateway’ domains for 17 key buyer markets, and a raft of new features for real estate agents.
A four-month branding process has created an upbeat identity for the site, encompassing a new logo and design schema, and a redefined, smoother navigation structure. At a time when the real estate industry is suffering the ripples of the global credit crunch, Enormo’s fresh orange design and clear presentation of properties reflect the search engine’s positive place in the sector.
As part of the step forward, Enormo has launched Enormo.co.uk and 16 other country ‘gateway’ domains specially made for different nationalities of international buyers, to work as localized entry points into the worldwide site. Enormo.co.uk, for example, is tailored for the UK user through interface language and geodata refinements, improving the search experience for buyers looking at real estate in the States and elsewhere. The new Enormo also includes a directory of real estate professionals agents and brokers – all over the world.
For real estate agents, Enormo now offers Business/Business Plus subscription options to spotlight (enhance) listings and raise agency profiles, and new lead-generation options.
