Choosing Russian Real Estate Co-Brokers to sell foreign properties to Russians

Posted by Overseas Property Mall in The List of Russian Real Estate Brokers certified in Moscow, Russia to co-broke in marketing and selling properties from ANY country to Russian buyers, has been created. The List is annotated in English.
There are no Realtor licensing bodies in Russia, no laws that require Realtors to be licensed, and no specific laws to regulate their activities and commissions.
How should one evaluate a particular Russian Realtor in terms of their qualification, reliability and ethic? That’s a tough question to answer lacking legal regulations and requirements. Luckily, a solution to this problem can be found, as there are several associations of Realtors in Russia that are concerned about this situation and perform VOLUNTARY CERTIFICATION of their members.
Moscow Association – Guild of Realtors is one of the most important among Russian real estate associations. There are 21 certified Brokers who have various foreign countries listings for sale on their websites, among the members of Moscow Association of Realtors. Each Broker’s information on The List contains a company’s name transliterated into English, short description, website, foreign listings URL (to have an idea about their online marketing possibilities) and contact information.
