We have been very successful in western australia. and had no problems in raising a mortgage from one of the big banks over there. so far we have built 3 properties and recommend that more look at what WA has to offer. just at this moment property has gone up, but this has happened everywhere not just WA. but I’m a great beleiver if you look ouside the tourist centres you will find bargins. overthere the people are very friendly, speak our launguage and it is very easy the find out what the rules are. mainly because they are the best of ours!!!!! go and have a look.
