Anyone thinking of investing in Bulgaria now should be looking at buying land in developing areas around Varna. Varna itself is growing quickly and running out of useable land in the centre which obviously is making prices rise and therefore buying for investment less interesting for most people. There are certain villages close to Varna that are earmarked for developement and are already very popular with foreign buyers. These are the places to buy for investment over the next 3 - 5 years, now the land is still cheap but it wont be for long. Being only 20Kms - 30Kms from the city in a village superb country views, shops and bars is perfect for most people and they are coming here now to live and enjoy the laid back lifestyle for much less than it costs them in their home country. Quiet village life and hectic seaside fun all in close proximity.
