I think those are papers for renting the property out to a tenant. I know many people use those as an agreement. Not sure which ones are the best. I know "Professional Publishing" makes those contracts also. Other suggestions on documents?

A lease of immovable property is a temporary transfer of the right to enjoy that property of a certain time period or till eternity on consideration to be rendered sometimes or on particular occasions. A lease by deed will required a conveyance and a solicitor to draft the agreement contract. License is the right to use and occupy the property for a limited duration. The leave and license agreement does not give tenants any ownerships right of the property. Both these documents are required to be registered. The rental agreement involves a lot of complexities so the best thing would be to seek professional advice or a legal help in that case.
