I am confused about what the revised offer is on cold mountain, Arc were still talking about flipping in their email but I cannot find any details. It is tempting to withdraw and get a refund, but I suspect one will not be getting all of it back so maybe worth a punt either on Wild Foxes or new Cold Mountain as long as no more money has to go out. Still waiting for a call from Global Wealth to discuss as so far I have not been able to speak to anyone.

Since Cold Mountain was "upgraded", the price per sqm has also gone up, to €1650 or so. That's not something I'll be considering.

I've emailed some questions about Wild Foxes. I would consider it, but need to see clear evidence of a serious offer. No response as yet, will see what shows up tomorrow. I'm not interested in phone call options, things need to be in writing or they're meaningless.

why are you even considering it ? Given North Capital are not honouring the cold mountain buyback which was in writing, what makes you think that any alternative will be honoured ? Given they have changed both the apartment plans (again) and the price I dont see why anyone would take up an alternative

Between a rock and a hard place. We stand to lose £300 as it is. Even if the chance that the alternative is legitimate and the stated figures are valid is only marginal, it would still be worth a punt.

I tend to agree. Even if a refund is requested, who is to say we will get it and if we do what will be left, so maybe only option is a punt on the alternative offer. I have requested a call a few times but not yet had one so difficult to decide which way to jump and I believe decision needs to be made by the 15th so time is running out. Has anyone had a call from Global Wealth and if so what did you conclude from your conversation?

Phone calls are worthless unless you're recording it with the other party's permission. Must have all salient facts on demonstrable record.

Default gLOBAL WEALTH

I have had several e-mails and a telephone conversation from Kevin Stillmock earlier today.

Offer sounded a bit good to be true - await written information

I had four units at cold mountain

The question that bugs me is "where do we lawfully stand"

Can we insist on GWM/North capital honouring their contract?

Is it legally binding for a reservation agreement?

The whole thing has been really poorly managed.

Feel a lot better now i have found this forum - no longer a small frustrated voice in the dark.

John

I have finally decided to take the refund offer. The real determining factor was accountability - I have no doubt GWM is on the level, but I'm not happy dealing with a company so geographically distant where the applicable laws aren't realistically enforceable from my end.
