Family home for sale in New York.
I am moving to UK in a couple of months. I want to sell my single family home with 1200 sq. ft. area, well-manicured property set on a lot of 50 x 144. It is a detached home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full- bathrooms, high ceilings, hard wood floors with 1 Car Garage in Ridge (Suffolk), New York made in 1978.
I want to advertise my property on Internet but have no idea where to do it, so that I can get best price. All suggestions and advices are welcome. Thanks a lot!

It seems you have a really nice house for sale for which you can advertise on many real estate sites available on Internet. I think www.goduru.com will be best for you. Hope you get a fair deal.

If you are interested ,you can hire a Real Estate agent who also has some knowledge about foreclosure laws and agreement in US.What is your offer price and Are you interested in one final settlement or in installments ?Does the house have proper agreements ?
