Although many real estate agents in central Algarve seem to be feeling the pinch in 2008, Quinta do Lago villa sales seem to have remained bouyant. Are there any other Portugal real estate agents out there who would like to share their experiences?

We are a registered agency in cental Portugal and feel that although there is a small downturn in the amount of sales the interest is undeminished and also the feeling here is that the overseas investment property market has made a shift westward from spain to Portugal especialy in central regions where prices still have plenty of growth potential.
