well i advise you to invest in area wich are already develop & have no issue because all the new developments are for long term investments & since you want a cash flow then i adives you to go for springs, medows, emirates hill, & etc. let me tell you why these areas..1st, these areas are totally developed with all the facilities needed & the residents are usually foreigner & expects with a well off jobs so you will get a very satisfactory figures whatever you ask for because these area are totally sold out or rented out so there hardly any properties left & if there is people keep in pocket for bringin out later because people will rush to it & dont let it go. The investment is around 3M to 3.8M for 2/3 bedroom villa with pool, garden BBQ place & etc. & 5M to 5.8M for 4/5 bedroom villas with pool garden, BBQ place & etc. but denfinately you will get the cash flow from the next month. May be the investment is huge because i have no idea how much you willing to put in so if you can drop me a mail with your estimations & budget i can surely hook you up with somthing better. For all real estate dubai information I have always used AMEinfo... It details all the information required for the property market, with up to date news on how the market changes and fluctuates.... It also covers other UAE states so is a rather handy resource...
Although I do hear property is seen as a valuable investment in the Sports City region due to the expected ongoing increase in sports popularity and the influence of Western Sporting entities set to grow in Dubai... |

I'd like to recommend casadubai.com to buy property in dubai. They are absolutely fantastic, they picked me up from the airport in Dubai and took care of me for the whole duration of the tour, all the way till after the tour had finished. I've bought and sold several properties from them now and have made a comfortable 30% on all of the money I've spent with them. They are very clear and have no hidden fees. Visit their website or call them. They also have a comprehensive section about dubai and most of your questions will be answered well before you call them.
Let me know how you find them. |

There are Arabic shops in every mall where abayas are sold.
City Centre, Mall of Emirates, Al Manar centre, Bur Juman Centre.. everywhere. The price is quite high.. You better go to Sharjah as there are plenty of separate Arabic shops with abayas only. The price and choice is great there.. As well you can stitch abaya from any tailor, design which you want and size for you. They will do it in 2 days maximum. Niqaab you can purchase in Heritage village for example as they sell old Arabic traditional staff |
