I am new to this forum and have not purchased any property in Dubai yet, although I’m very tempted by the International City region. Is this a good investment opportunity? I have already invested in China and Russia, and I’m looking for nice properties bargains. Everyone I have spoken to keeps mentioning DMC Properties Online.
Are they just a really large agency or are they really this good? Any info you guys can provide will be much appreciated!!

Yes i have. Very impressed! They asked all the information and then provided me with different options. Looked at long term investments and short term. All sorts houses, flats. Dubai Sport City got me very interested and Jumeirah Village too
