Randy Lynch, founder and seasoned traveller of U.S. based luxury travel firm Kipling & Clark has compiled a list of his favourite hotels in the Asian region which has now been released by the guide.
The list features the top ten luxury hotels in all of Asia where wary travellers can rest their bodies after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping. We have listed them in order of rank below:

1. Gold Tower 42

We touched on the Gold Tower 42 development in the our Cambodian post. But here is a little more information to keep you informed.
Being built as the first ever skyscraper in Cambodia, Gold Tower 42 is a 42-storey tower and currently under construction on the Sihanouk Blvd along the way to the Lucky Super store.

Phnom Penh has experienced a tremendous growth in land value from July 2007 to July 2008. Capital gains was 140 percent which put Cambodia onto the international investing map.
Residential property was valued at $2,300 per square meter recently. This is a phenomenal rise from the $750 in the first half of 2007.
The country’s first ever skyscraper “The Gold Tower 42″ is being built right now. The 42-story residential building is testimony to the new found wealth that has hit the shores of Cambodia, a once forgotten paradise.
